Packet Pick-Up

All participants are required to pick up their race packets at the Race Festival, which is free and open to the public. Participants will pick-up their race bib, event shirt, race tote bag, and other goodies.

5K Packet Pick-up
Date: Saturday, July 16th

Half Marathon Packet Pick-up
Date: Saturday, July 16th
Time: 8:00am – 5:00pm

What do I need?
In order to expedite the pick-up of your race bib, please bring your ID and bib# confirmation email.  Confirmation emails will be sent the Wednesday of race week.

Can someone else pick up my race packet?
If you are unable to attend the Race Festival, you may send a proxy to pick up your race packet on your behalf.  You must have signed the event’s digital liability waivers when registering for the event.  To verify if you’ve signed your waivers, please visit your ACTIVE MyEvents account and locate your Napa to Sonoma Wine Country Half Marathon entry.  If you have not signed your waiver yet, you will see a large red error message that your waivers have not yet been signed.

Please send your proxy with a copy of your driver’s license (digital picture is OK) and your bib# confirmation email to expedite the pick-up process.  Confirmation emails will be sent the Wednesday of race week.  Proxies may only pick-up packets for up to 3 people.

 

Race Day Packet Pick-Up

For half marathon participants, if you are unable to attend the Race Expo you may purchase Race Day Packet Pick-up for $25 and pick up your items on race morning at the start line at Cuvaison Estate Wines.

You can purchase this upgrade during registration.  Already registered?  Visit your ACTIVE MyEvents account, find your Napa to Sonoma Wine Country Half Marathon entry, click “Purchase merchandise”, and add Race Day Pick-Up to your entry.

 

Race Festival

While picking up your race packet, 5K and Half Marathon participants can visit the Race Festival in Sonoma Plaza.  Shop the event merchandise store, visit with local vendors, check out the latest in the active lifestyle space, and take advantage of our plentiful photo opportunities.  Participants will also have the ability to visit the Race Festival after completing their race!
