After much consideration, the Napa to Sonoma Wine County Half Marathon and Rosé 5K has been rescheduled to December 11 and 12, 2021*.
Through our discussions with governmental authorities, it has been concluded that hosting the event this coming July will not be possible due to California’s current ban on events. Our commitment to in-person racing remains unwavering, which is the driving force behind this recent update.
Since you are currently registered for the race you do not need to take any action. We will automatically transfer you to the new fall date.
If you do not want to run in-person in 2021 you have these other great options:
- Defer your entry to 2022- The 2022 Napa to Sonoma Wine Country Half will take place on July 2022. Request your deferral now: Request Form
- Run with us virtually– If you’d like to transfer into the virtual race, you may do so by filling out the Request Form
Register. Registration for the December race will open to the general public on Friday, April 9th at 12:01pm PST. This is to ensure that the 2020 deferrals have time to register.
Capacity. As a result of 2020 deferrals, we will likely hit course capacity well in advance of the race weekend. Once capacity is reached we will not be able to accept any additional registrations. PLEASE do not wait until the week of to attempt to register. We will not be able to accommodate ANY additional runners once we hit capacity.
